Book A Ryde is a private transportation platform that connects passengers with registered, vetted, and approved taxi drivers across Antigua and Barbuda.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Driver Approval
Drivers must submit required documents and be approved by Book A Ryde before they may accept ride requests through the platform.
Fares
Fares are offered by drivers and must be accepted by the passenger before a ride is confirmed.
Conduct
Passengers and drivers are expected to treat each other respectfully. Ride records and trip data are used to support accountability and safety.
